E-FILING of the cases and Procedure to Follow

First of all you have to visit to the website of Bombay High Court and you will get Advocate Registration link there in the right corner of your screen, you have to fill up the details of Advocate Registration it is very easy you have to enroll via your Bar Code Registration Number along with Email id and Mobile Number which is in existance becasuse  all case related information will be provide to you rather it will be communicated to you with this this your email id and Mobile Number .once  you register yourself  you are one step Forward towards your system.

Once you are Register there your data can replicate in the system .

Now you have to visit the Bombay high Court website again where you can find multiple option if you are enrolling as a Firm you have to enter your all Firm details.  

Then at the same Menu Advocate Registration there is another option of E-filing  where youu have to again follow the procedure as like if you are a new User you have to enroll with your Mobile number and email id , once you Put your all details there in the system, the Unique password as well as a log in Id will be provided to you but after successfully enrolling all the details are sent to Delhi HO of NIC centre, it will get verified the normal time to get it approved it needs Three hours and after that completion of process  you are eligible for log in .

As you log in to the portal your unique proflie will be opened where you can save edit update all your details as well as you can see all the efiling details there itself. this is a one time registration here you will find Party in person can register and all advocates options also.
